MANAGEMENT

ADAD management is in charge of the technical team functioning and coordination, and also of the relation of it with the organs of government, and with other organisms and entities. The manager carries out the following functions to reach the objective:

  • To direct and coordinate the technical team of the Association.
  • To act as a link between the Association organs of government and the technical staff.
  • To watch over the fulfilment of the Association politics and objectives, and to ensure that they are applied in all the organization levels.
  • To be responsible for the management and the monitoring of the entity financial terms.
  • To propose an action plan, and once approved by the competent organ, to be responsible of the fulfilment of it.
  • To represent the entity in events, work meetings, etc.
  • To be the final responsible for the quality and environmental management of the services the entity offers.
  • Etc. 

WORK AREAS

ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

It is in charge of the administrative coordination and the staff work. This department keeps the accounts and the taxation system, and it manages and controls the inner human resources. It is also responsible for payment and charges, and for the relationship with financial entities and members of the Association. Other tasks carried out by this department are:

  • Receipt, attention and phone monitoring of clients.
  • Register of entry and exit documentation.
  • Mail.
  • Records database management.
  • Use of equipments and installations.
  • Documentation, library and files.
  • Purchase and maintenance of the warehouse.
  • Responsible for the risk prevention in the workplace.


PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT AREA

This area carries out the elaboration, implementation and management of the main Programmes (Leader+, Proder Andalucía, LiderA), and other projects developed by the Association, of a regional, national or international nature. This department unites the technical professionals responsible for every Programme, executed by the entity in every period.

GENDER AND YOUTH AREA

The objective of this double department is to favour the final integration of youth and women into the socioeconomic development of our towns, as well as the participation of gender and youth mainstreaming in the projects executed by ADAD. For that, the following actions are performed by this area:

  • Training (for technical staff and regional associative network).
  • Social involvement encouragement.
  • Participation and Cooperation projects.
  • Diffusion campaigns to favour the equal opportunities.
  • Development of gender and youth regional plans.
  • Impulse of gender and youth politics.
  • Reports and studies elaboration.
  • To watch over the fulfilment of the current rules.

COMMUNICATION AREA

Transverse department of which objective is to make the work and commitment of ADAD with the sustainable development of the region visible. For this reason, our press office has established a communication policy following these ideas:

  • Media diffusion of the functions and works developed by the Association.
  • Improvement of the intercommunication within the entity and with associates, clients and users.
  • Consolidation of a renew and attractive corporate image of quality.
  • Creation of channels of communication within the entity which make easier a continuous and more effective approach between the Association and the population of the territory.
  • Promotion of the region, its economic activities and people.

QUALITY AREA

This area is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the quality and environmental labels, that guarantees quality management and a correct environmental behaviour of the Association.  We highlight the following technical functions of this department:

  • Maintenance of quality and environmental management established, and elaboration of documentation.
  • Dialogue in quality and environmental terms.
  • Report to the Management of ADAD about these issues and about any other need of improvement to meet system requirements.
  • Monitoring of the Non-Compliance, Corrective and Preventative Actions.
  • Proposal of education activities, to improve the work methods and its efficacy, and to make the growth of a quality and improvement culture easier.
  • It audits the application of quality and environmental systems, with the appropriate frequency, and it completes reports about its situation.
  • Etc.

COOPERATION AREA

It is interesting to emphasize the role that the Association Aljarafe-Doñana has been developing in the last years in the regional, national and international cooperation atmosphere. In this sense, from 2003 to 2009, we coordinated one of the seven Groups of Cooperation which operated in our autonomous community, "Nuevos Territorios". It is framed in Cooperation Eje 2 of LEADER + Programme, and composed by nine GDR of the provinces of Huelva, Sevilla, Cádiz y Granada (Andévalo Occidental, Condado de Huelva, Cuenca Minera, Aljarafe-Doñana, Bajo Guadalquivir, Corredor de la Plata, Estepa Sierra Sur, Comarca de Jerez, Arco Noreste de la Vega de Granada).

Moreover, from this work area, we manage the participation and/or coordination of the entity in other cooperation projects, framed in the Joint Actions of Cooperation, and the relations with other development entities in Spain, European Union and Latin America, that we make projects with, experiencies exchanges, etc.
